"If I could five 0 stars I would I called to check on a prescription from my doctor was told oh ya it's here but we won't have the meds till tommmrow as I needed it for my current miscarriage I tried calling another pharmacy when I called back to see what time it would be in tommmrow I was yelled at and told I was never told what I was 15 mins prior absolutely horriable considering why it was needed it and just checking to make sure they got it told ya then no I needed a prescription couldn't even get their story straight. I hope no one else has to experince this on top of a trauma already going on. Absolutely heartless rude and just uncalled for. Then when I told the manger the name I was given she said she has no idea who that person was because they don't have someone by that name there which makes it even odder considering the conversation with that heartless man."

"So slow so rude no acknowledgement even there! possibly no ideal what business they're running or how to even. 6 people in there working and just standing around Just terrible pharmacy. ... i give them 1 star because they are there."

"Common prescriptions are consistently out-of-stock. Sometimes refills can take days. Walk-in pick-up lines are always long and the clerks take too long to fill orders. Possibly the worst pharmacy I've ever been to."

"I had to take my son to the ER. The ER doctor sent over a prescription for a 5 day supply of non narcotic pain medication. 9 days later I asked for a refill because he was out of meds, so they sent another prescription. The pharmacy refused to fill it stating that it was a 30 day supply. After I explained and even showed them the bottle they said that his insurance refused to pay for it. I offered to pay out of pocket they refused and told me to leave. I'll happily drive an hour away to get our prescriptions."

"After transferring current prescriptions @ 12:00 pm I was told they'd be ready after 3 the following day, saw local Dr afterwards at 1:30, for flu/cold symptoms, she was 45 minutes late. Being immunity compromised, I saw local doctor who said she'd call in the prescriptions. Knowing this after about 15-20 minutes returned to find no scripts called in. Same pharmacy technician that took my information earlier saw me and said, "I told you tomorrow after 3." So I explained this was for a new prescription, I am sick. 10 minutes later, nothing is there, so pharmacist tell me it may be too soon. 3:30 now. I run more errands, and return @ 7 pm to have the same tech tell me there's nothing there still. I tried asking is it because I'm not in the system, and she ignores me. I ask again, and she finally says , " if it came through, we'd put you in." I asked her why they said it may be too soon, instead of asking me to check with my doctor, she says"I didn't!", No, the now the doctor is closed, she looks at who I've seen on the business card, and ask if she has after hours calls etc. "You have her card." she snaps. By the time the pharmacist comes to help she is full on rolling her eyes at me as I'm crying, and sick. She turns to the pharmacist and says that Dr does 24/7 care. I'm appalled.... I said " you just told me I had her card!" She continues to roll her eyes and argue, until I have to ask her to leave. Horrible woman, corporate will hear, and all scripts will go elsewhere. If I could give negative stars I would. Worst treatment ever."
