"Went into shop on 3/14/24 to have tire patched. The technician never mentioned that the patch would fail less than 74 miles down the road. He never recommended that I should get a new tire. I pulled into port of entry and was instantly placed out of service because the tire was almost off the rim. Call to speak with the manager and he basically told me that the repair was made and it was good when I left. He said that he couldn’t help me because I could have ran over something or that there might have been more holes in the tire. I watched his technician spray down the tire prior to repair and he only circled one hole. 6 years of driving and I have never been placed out of service. Now my clean driving record is no more. Had his technician recommend a tire replacement, I would have purchased a brand new tire. Lesson learnt and I will never make this same costly mistake again. Total out of pocket expense, $2,000. This includes TA cost, out of service roadside call out costs, and having to purchase a brand new tire. This doesn’t include the cost of violation or the blemish to my driving record."

"Always have those items you need in a road trip. Bathrooms are always clean and staff is friendly. Easy to pull in if towing a camper/RV for gas or to dump. Though we have for gas I can't tell you if there is a fee for dump."

"We just wanted to give you very high praise for your employee Oscar. We needed our spare put on because one of our tires (purchased two hours earlier) had a blowout. Oscar was a great listener, helped us find the problem (it was on an interior RV tire), and took the time to help us switch it out. Oscar, you saved our night, which had already been really hard. Thank you for your amazing customer service!"
