"Were do I begin, front of store very dirty. Looks like floor never has been cleaned in weeks. Leaves tracked through the whole front of store. Shopping carts full of products so that customers can't shop or walk down isles. Shelves empty or with product that doesn't belong. No one helping customers at register."

"I have never been a big fan of any of the dollar discount stores. Every time I would visit one of them, I came away feeling like I had been ripped off. Yes, ripped off at a dollar discount? Sounds ridiculous, but everything tasted old and stale, or it did work properly. You get what you pay for, right? Whether it was preconceived notions, store staff, or actual experience, I'm not sure, but I was admittedly wrong. Since moving to Willcox, Arizona, 6 months ago, and visiting our local Family Dollar on a semi weekly basis, my opinions of the dollar discount stores have evolved. At least when it comes to the Willcox, Family Dollar. Each time I walk into this store, it makes me smile. The shelves are stocked to the point of excess. The staff always greets you with a welcome no matter how busy they are. And, I ALWAYS find something that surprises me, like the faux ceramic wall tile that looks so real you have to touch it, then you realize it's made of rubber. This little store has almost everything you might need and even more that you didn't know you needed. Yes, like rubber wall tile. As we all know, " Dollar Store" doesn't always mean everything is a dollar, but their prices are the lowest in town, and I never feel ripped off. Especially when I'm standing at the checkout with all the necessities from my favorite aisle, the candy aisle. This is an awesome little store that fits perfectly in this small, slow evolving community. So, if you need an ice-cold soda or an ice cream sandwich or a bag of jelly beans and a box of rubber wall tile, stop and say hi to the amazing staff. Oh, and download their app, and the prices get even better. I gave the Willcox Family Dollar 4 stars because, at times, the store feels very crowded and overstocked. Update: This past week, I visited Family Dollar in Willcox. My visit was for a very important reason, I was craving jelly beans. When I find myself with a sweet tooth, this store is always my first choice. They have a great selection of sweets that even Willy Wonka would have to admire. Unfortunately, for me, there wasn't a single jelly bean to be found. So, I didn't trade my cow for a bag of magic beans, and I won't be fighting the Giant any time soon, which is probably for the best anyway. Don't worry, I eased my heat break with a cold 7-Up and an ice cream bar. Even though they let me down on the jelly beans, this is still my favorite store in Willcox."

"Great prices, as always. I actually had gone in to purchase a blanket for my daughter's bed. I just wish that they would have had a better selection of colors. The only collection to choose from was black. But she ended up liking it anyhow. So it worked out."

"Love this store! So many cool items for such a cheap price. The only place in town to get St. Patrick's Day items. They keep the shelves stocked and everything is easy to find. Customer service is outstanding! Never had a bad experience here! They are always very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Great place to shop!"
