"GREAT pharmacy!! The staff is super friendly and I have always had such a great experience. This pharmacy beats out any big pharmacy. Highly recommend."

"The people are very nice, but lately they've been late with filling prescriptions. Sometimes it takes a week or so, unless I call to ask for it sooner. Often I have to wait a long time at pickup. Also I found out that Wallgreens can get me my medication not covered by insurance for $17 when Crimson Valley has been charging me $52 for over a year. They have been good in the past with filling more urgent medications from the urgent care next door. I will probably continue to use them just for this purpose."

"I visited this pharmacy and picked up a RX for my mother on Oct 28th. I noticed that they advertised Pet CBD oils and asked a young woman if they had bacon flavor. The clerk said she could order it for my small dog with seizures, and I told her I would come by in 2 weeks to purchase it. I stopped by in 2 weeks and a young gentleman said the clerk I spoke to was not working and he knew nothing about it. I wrote down my name and phone number and asked if he could have her give me a call on Monday to confirm that it had been ordered. When I didn't receive a return phone call, I called again on Nov 18th and the gal that answered the phone said she would check with the clerk that I had originally spoken with to make sure she had placed my order. I called again today, 4 weeks after my original request, and the gal that answered the phone gave me to the pharmacist after I expressed my frustrations. He told me that the owner only makes CBD purchases when she gets a bigger order, but he could sell me regular CBD that I could mix in my dog's food. My chihuahua is a VERY picky eater, and I have tried regular CBD oil in the past and she won't eat it! I now have to place an order online and hope that I receive it before I run out of my current bottle that I purchased before moving here. VERY frustrated with the lack of communication at this pharmacy, will not be returning!"

"I've had to call them 4 times over 2 weeks to track down my medication which I still have not received. Thank heavens it's just a supplement to help my nausea and not a super important medicine."

"My first time going through their pharmacy since I now have TriCare. From front desk staff to the pharmacist, they were kind, courteous and resolved issues on the spot. Look forward to the rest of my family going through them."
