"When I received the quotes, the response in the message was "It's a very hard market right now with the prices" although their quotes were about $100/month higher than the quotes I was able to get directly from companies, requesting quotes on my own. Before simply trusting that they are doing the shopping for you and getting you the best possible pricing, please get a few quotes for yourself. They also either upsell you or are not very cognizant. I shared my information in writing via email in a very easy-to-read format and the quote I received back was not in line with the information I shared. Annual mileage was about 25,000 over what I stated, occupations were completely wrong, and the limits were also not what I requested. I may have high accuracy standards but there were more than just a typo or two. When I sent the corrections, I was told "those few things wouldn't bring it down that much". In addition, they were the only company that stated that I could not bundle home and auto insurance. Two stars only because they were responsive and very quick turnaround time, however, at the expense of accuracy and the worst rates. Note: I understand that insurance is very personal based so what are the worst rates for me in my own search may not be the worst for others."
