"I reported a change on my policy, they never entered the change and was still charged, switched companies as a result. Poor Customer service, Perhaps go with a newer company readers. I didn’t send anything to them. Which would be another reason not to use them with poor communication."

"Worst office to represent State Farm. The agent is a fraud. His staff is super unfriendly. They don’t answer your questions they think they are superior to you. I had State Farm since I could remember all other offices were great I come to UT and he wants to drop me. Not a problem I found out what a fraud he was charging me this and that well jokes on them I went to Liberty Mutual and basically cut my insurance premium in half!!!!"

"I was with this agent for 20 years with life insurance, homeowners insurance, and auto policies. After I told him that I was looking at changing insurance companies for my autos to help me save money, he became sarcastic and rude. At that point, I knew that he didn't care about me and my family and our overall financial situation. It's all about him and making money. I have since moved to a different State Farm agent."

"I have not been impressed with the level of customer service offered by this agent and his office. I have purchased insurance through this agency for six years and never had a problem, but recently had to make a change to my policy, and I felt that I was not a priority. I am now concerned that I will not be taken care of if (heaven forbid) I have to file a claim. I will be cancelling this policy as soon as it is up."
