"I’m really unhappy with the decline. My son was seen in the ER for an orthopedic matter. We were referred to see Dr, Brian Kelley in the orthopedic clinic. We waitied for over one hour to be seen by the provider. We then were placed on a dirty orthopedic room. Ornately this place has gone downhill .the floors are dirty the seats are in need of cleaning. It’s ridiculous that as a matter of course patients are expected to wait one hour. The reception staff said this is normal. Update: we have been waiting 89 minutes to see Dr. Brian Kelley."

"I loved the office we visited in Glendale. I loved the orthpedist my son saw. However, their billing practices are highly unethical. We went in for a fractured finger, bringing our own xrays. The Dr. reviewed the xrays and told us how much longer to keep the finger in a splint and when to come back for follow up. A simple 10 minute office visit not at the hospital and they are charging almost $1400. On the EOB through insurance, it shows they are charging for an OR room use and minor surgery. When I called and asked for explanation, they just kept repeating the same thing that it was standard for them to charge that for fracture care regardless of where you visit. They also automatically offer a 50% discount if the bill is over $500 which shows just how much they are over charging."
