"The staff here is incompetent. They have no communication skills, common curtesy is out the door as soon as you walk in it’s so frustrating. I’ve been there only for yearly check ups and it’s always the same issue. If you need to call then be prepared to wait 30 plus minutes and be rudely attended. The doctors are the reason I keep my kids there but scheduling and communication with the front staff is always, always an issue. I wish they had proper training or basic etiquette at the very least."

"My son has speech delay he never received the helped that he needed after 2 years of struggling and being a new mom i had no idea he can be seen by another doctor. So i looked and he is finally receiving the help he needs. My daughter has really bad allergies called yesterday she can't be seen until Monday she has horrible rashes i thought she had chickenpox i told them my concerns and they didnt care. So today she is going to a different pediatrician. Thanks for nothing. I now have a nb and I'm currently looking for a new doctor. I cannot and do not trust them with my kids anymore."
