"I like the floor plan, but quality and pride in workmanship are beyond horrible. Before buying ask owners about faulty air conditioners and water heaters. Check out the owner’s neighborhood complaints on Facebook. Update: 3/21/2024: Since moving in on December 2021, I can honestly say that nothing has improved but has gotten worse. If anyone is reading these reviews, please look me up so I can show you the repairs and unreturned phone calls from their warranty office. Again, multiple complaints on Saguaro Trails facebook. You can always DM me."

"Enjoy the floor plan but avoid this builder. Getting the most simple things repaired is almost impossible with their "warranty" department. They used the cheapest materials for everything and it shows. Has been nothing but a headache, since moving in. Prepare for a year of headaches."

"We closed December 19, 2022 at Mattamy Saguaro Trails. The rip rap is sliding down little by little with the rain. We keep requesting to speak to a manager and Christina from warranty keeps ignoring us. The landscaping company did a sloppy job and Mattamy warranty is not doing anything about it. Even the landscaping company, Desert Valley told us that it was done incorrectly but Mattamy will not do anything about it because it will cost them $10,000 or more. I do not recommend Mattamy Homes. They have horrible customer service and management want to have zero communication with the home owners. They just want to sell and not help even though the house is under warranty. They turn there mistakes to the home owner and say we need to continue with the maintenance. When they should have made things correctly since the beginning. We have only be in our new house for 3 months and the rip rap is sliding down, imagine how it will be in a year after warranty expires. DO NOT BUY FROM MATTAMY."
