Extra Space Storage

"Okay for starters Tom the gentleman that helped me to secure a storage space was an awesome individual employee and service provider I know this because he helped me Wade through all the paperwork and legal ease also there was a gentleman I think his name was Devlin he was also very courteous and helpful and I would like to mention him as well I not one for doing reviews so I'm going to keep this short I think they're both valuable employees because I as a customer got good answers and bottom line good product because of them I'm very skeptical and should be as advertisement today and seemingly very misleading they answered all my questions made it easy to do business and I will recommend your storage facility specifically were Tom and Devlin work time and time again thanks again Tom"

"After checking online, my daughter and I stopped in to take a look at a couple of unit sizes. The manager, Devilan, was extremely helpful, friendly and a great personality. He not only answered all our questions, but informed us of things we hadn't even thought of. We will definitely be renting with them."

"The whole process from renting a unit online up until checking in for the first time has been flawless. Donna checked me in, showed me exactly where to go, and then walked over to see that I got in okay and found everything I needed. Then today I got to meet the new manager, Devilon, who is just as outgoing and personable as can be. I caught him on the fly to lubricate my door and without hesitation he came over, sprayed it with silicone, and moved it up and down to see that it had loosened up for me. He and Donna both exemplify what customer service should be but is so seldom seen anymore. I just had another 5-star experience this morning, this time with Tom. I rented a second unit last week, a 5' by 10' and found this one to be too small so I decided to go up to a 10' by 10' to allow room for all the additional stuff I had. Tom transitioned me from the smaller unit to the larger one swiftly and efficiently which I sincerely appreciated. I was in and out of there in less than 1/2 an hour, a completely satisfied customer once again, thanks to Tom's superior customer service skills. Thanks Tom!"

"So, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a tall man that had very great customer service. He was dealing with a few customers at a time but acknowledged everyone he would be right with them. I told him I would check out the outside of the place and it was very clean and organized so that was great . Will be ordering a storage from this person soon. He should be acknowledged for his great customer service."
