"Bought a home from Pulte and I regret everything about my purchase. Just complete disrespect and lack of care from workers and managers. Would not recommend buying a home from them. Tile quality is absolutely trash, from cracked tiles horrible grout haze. Electrical issues already with a brand new house. They take no responsibility and try to blame the owners. The workers they send to do the work cry and complain and say it's to hard of work and don't finish. This company is a joke and I feel stupid to have purchased a home from them. The photo is the condition of the tile when they handed me the keys. I even took multiple videos in 4k because I was so disappointed that I was promised at purchase the home would be cleaned up. They left nails and trash all over the property. DO NOT BUY FROM PULTE LOOK AT OTHER BUILDERS."

"My wife and I moved to Vail Parke at Rocking K from the Sabino Canyon area mainly because it is an easier commute for work. Now we just love the community and quiet setting. This is a growing community, but not at the expense of the surrounding environment. Apart from the well-done entrance to Rocking K, you could drive past this community because the homes are set up in a way that blends with the natural landscape."

"Even though my house was built during the peak of the pandemic, I had minimal issues with my house compared to my friends who bought from other builders. The floor plan was great, the color coordination was fabulous. I had a great sales agent, Linda W at the Vail Park (Rocking K) who was more like a partner along the way. Her calm voice always reassures me everything was going to be okay when the supply chain turned the world into a desert. The customer service after I moved in was top notch, and I would build again from Pulte should I need another home. I had issues with completing the home on schedule but with the world upside down during the COVID, my house was still completed in14 months! The superintendent, Travis was amazing. Drew the customer service manager went above and beyond. The neighborhood looks like a Resort, very quiet, friendly neighbors. They wave at you, smile and say hi when walking in the neighborhood. I do not have one negative thing to say about Pulte and their Rocking K project. Excellent all the way. PS: I waited a year to write this review because I wanted to make sure Pulte kept to their promise of quality and comfortable home. And they did, even my home inspector was amazed by the quality."
