"Was greeted right when I walked in. 30 minutes later and after four other people walked in did they check me in. Waited another 20 minutes until finally asked what brought me in. When saying I wanted to upgrade, I was immediately advised that they didn’t have phones in stock and would have to be ordered. Didn’t offer to check in the back, when the app said that the phone I was looking for was available. Brief questions would have quickly solved for what I was looking for instead of waiting in the lobby wasting my time. Horrible service."
