"Just don't go there they chipped my bone in the back of my bottom mouth where my extraction was done over three weeks ago. now I have septic and the dentist that did it is not working there any more.since then I have been on three bouts of antibiotics and there is still bone sticking out. I have had 6 hours sleep and been to the ER Twice in the last five days. They acted like this is a rare thing and they would have to fit me in or "TRY" to fix their mistake going to the er they said it was the dental procedure nothing else was found. They asked if I was using mouthwash to avoid their mistake.At the Er they said I could get septic or a heart infection. Still not good enough for them to do it right away. I have had a fever and cold chills on and off for the past 6 days to go with the no sleep. So if you're looking for a dentist I would go elsewhere. I had to find a good dentist I suggest that also by pass this one. This is going on 4weeks now since the extraction Today is a week 1 of cold chills and feaver been to the er twice. Last night got some sleep feeling better but as I do my heart and chest hurt. I have had 2 ekgs and nothing found. Monday I go to the oral surgeon and gums cut back open and get bone files down. That should of been done while I was there and my tooth was out. Also the romm they put me the water and suction hoses in room 4 on the inside was black. I should of took picture but I was arguing with the new dental wannbe they got. The one who did my extraction left I wonder why. The receptionist is a ding bat also she said after it happened she would put me on a list and call when I could get in and told me in then mean time go else where. I did. The second time was a new dentist and the receptionist side that it is a post op I should of been seen when i first called not 1 week later when the situation was first presented to them The Problem is being took care of now have not been the same since this dental office at bright now dental screwed me up. They not only wanted to make excuses for it they made feel like I was a liar. I do know what I feel and what seen while I was there. If you Uave a Bright Now Dental office in your town stay the f away a simple extraction ends up been weeks of pain and infection. I still have days of recovery in front of me all for a dental office that doesn't care for its patients. Dirty offices outdated equipment and they use the same in mouth sensor on everybody black mold inside the water and suction tube the white plastic on the equipment is yellow it is so old. UGH!"

"I lost a big chunk of a crown. Bright now got me in the next day. I expected a quick exam and then an appointment to fix it. Instead the dentist filled in part with a composite, then smoothed it all down so it wouldn't keep irritating my cheek. As this is a weekend, my first appointment to replace the crown is next Monday. I have been going to Bright Now for about 18 years, so obviously I am quite satisfied!"
