"This is the worst Cold Stone in the country. I have been to many cold stone locations throughout the nation. The customer service here is terrible. The people working there have a nasty attitude. You walk in, they don’t even greet you, they look at you bothered because you walk in, and if you ask them to please give you a little more of an ingredient, they tell you “I will have to charge you for that” HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE"

We were not greeted for at least 10min, then they made our ice creams poorly (melted before they were handed to us) and charged us extra (only got one topping). Wasted my x-mas gift card coming to this location. Picture is literally their end product..before I even paid..."
