"***MOST*** of the caregivers are incredible human beings. They truly care about the kiddos and their well being. I would give the caregivers, with the exception of a few, 5 out of 5 stars. Management, on the other hand, has been less than stellar. A significant incident occurred in March of 2020. It took parents asking why we hadn't received an apology for the director to say sorry. I won't even address her comments prior to the "apology." Management stated they would get resources for the children involved. We are 9 months removed from the situation and not a single resource has been provided. Management treats parents like a nuisance and the program does not even acknowledge what happened. Management is less than desirable. BUT, as stated previously, most of the caregivers are incredible human beings who deeply care for the kiddos. They go above and beyond for the kids and families."
