"Owned for five years. Safe, gated, friendly, clean, nice landscaping, clean pool and just far enough away from the Vegas fray. Built on the bottom of black mountain so it gives it a very picturest setting that feels uncluttered."
"Beautiful condo community near Horizon Ridge and the 95 freeway. This neighborhood is split into apartments that are managed by a company and individually owned condos that are either owner-occupied or self-managed as rentals. If you want to rent one from an individual owner, you're best to find a Real estate agent to help you. The leasing office will only show you the apartments that they manage. The grounds are filled with trees and lots of green grass. It's on a hill so some units will have a view. I've seen lots of rabbits and birds and on a sunny day, there's areas where you can sit under a tree for some quiet time. The community is very close to a strip mall that has groceries, banks, restaurants, etc. The freeway entrance is super close too so you can get to the Strip or the airport within 15 to 20 minutes."
"While this is a very comfortable place to live, the leasing office is rude and the HOA doesn't seem to care about its residents. The pool is always crowded with people who don't live there because the code is shared. They don't offer recycling and they are crazy about pest control. The worst thing is though is that this community is currently not guarded and the gate is left open 24/7 because they either fired or laid off all of their guards, who were some of the only friendly staff."
