"I had to look at my rent each month because they constantly would sneak charges in and try to make me pay for things that I’m not supposed to be paying for. On top of that, the place looks nice with the renovations. But I would always get woken up at 7 to 8AM because their construction team would start working outside my window early in the morning. I will be honest that new renters can find places way better"
"when moving into red mountain i was super concerned because of the reviews it has gotten in the past. when we first moved in we didn’t have any couches or a tv in the living room so we were concerned. ben the maintenance guy told us we would be getting the furniture soon. it took us three months to get our furniture. it was really annoying the only person who was helping us was ben. ben was super helpful in this process giving us updates when he knew them and even got us swig one time. we eventually got our furniture and then a few months later we had to move apartments. i know other people living there were annoyed that they had to move but we were all just super excited to get into a new place because the old place was super gross. the new renovated apartment are so nice. all new flooring there’s no gross carpet anymore, new appliances, new furniture, new bathrooms, everything looks new, they are super nice. the maintenance guy ben was super helpful all the time so if you live there just be nice to ben and he’ll give you popsicles and drinks from the office. he takes really good care of the property and wants to best for everyone who lives there. i definitely have loved living at red mountain since they renovated them!"
"I honestly loved living here, everyone was so accommodating! Big shoutout to maintenance man Ben for being the man! He was there for all of our local otterpop, Diet Coke, swig, chalkboard, and clogged drain needs!"

"The Apartments are newly renovated but in actuality they were simply painted over and got new appliances. No cleaning was done. The prices are not transparent and they hide several charges!"
