"Awesome to work with! Very reliable and helpful at the office & on the phone, any time you have a question or need help they're there and communicate. They advocated for us and made sure we were taken care of as a family. Only reason we had to leave was because we had a baby and needed an extra room, but if we could've stayed with them we would've!"

"This happened to my mother who is 88 years old. I take care of her now. She leased a home through Advanced realty for al little over a year during that time the owner decided to finish the basement of the home, so lots of construction noise but that is only the beginning. The basement was not adequately finished and the workers where using the sliding door and broke it, and left it a mess which I cleaned up. The rent was increased after the lease was up as expected from 1700.00 to 2200.00 but then after they finished the basement they decided to increase the rent to 2600.00 and tried to get her to pay it after giving no written notice and only 5 days till it was due. I had to tell them they couldn't legally do that you have to give 30 days notice. Then when it was time to move out I and my family cleaned the house thoroughly and even touched up the drywall and touched up painted with the matched paint from the basement finishing. Let me just say I used to do drywall and paint professionally. So it was perfect. After waiting 30 days for her deposit I had to go to the office and ask for it. They said they sent a letter that asked for an extension. I had to serve them papers to get the deposit. Then they only paid $43.00 back to her. Out of a 1395.00 deposit. Claimed she had a dog in the house. Non of us own a dog. I believe they thought since she was elderly that she would just take the loss. This is not going to happen. Ill see them in small claims court."
