"One of their facilities called "casa da vida" randomly changed rules, was in the er multiple times, my blood was near shock levels or way to high, was not allowed to have a typewriter even though it could not connect to the internet, said typewriter was going to be used for my paperwork in court."

"So my son has had issues with this clinic for years. He has never had a case manager and I really think they could care less if he was dead. The benefits specialist there violated his HIPPA rights by telling his employer that he was receiving services there. They did not ask him for permission in any way. The employee is still working there. It had taken almost a year for my son to get assigned to a new clinic. Unfortunately my son's doctor decided to leave the clinic and they did not tell him till we called to get my son's medications filled. Because my son was trying to get a new clinic the old doctor was just calling his meds in but not seeing him. This created an issue for my son. This was not my son's fault though but they did blame him. My son was unable to work because he needs his meds to function. I was calling on a daily basis but getting no answers. I tried contacting the supervisor for team outstanding (his team) and she would never return my call. They have been informed on multiple occasions that I am his advocate and he has signed the appropriate paperwork but even when he has called he does not get a response. I have filed multiple complaints and nothing changes. I will say they have one nurse there (Maureen) who is absolutely awesome. Every time I have asked her for help she has gone above and beyond to help. But she has a life and is not always available. I tell people to run, not walk, as far from this clinic as they can."

"La fronterra needs to facilitate the gathering of necessary documents they require for patients to move forward. Social securtiy, DMV for ID, Vital records employees should be available, on intake otherwise the result is broken premises endless cycles of needy people no progress"

"I have been with several places like Southwest behavioral, terros, etc. I've been with la Frontera on Jefferson st. Phoenix since 2018. Being a victim of devistating trauma from my time as fetus thru my adolescents and early adulthood la Frontera and staff are my saving grace. Things don't always go great even with a caseworker as I've had 3 since I've been there and am waiting to be assigned a new one now. Case worker or not they can't always give me what I want or think I need.What separates them from some clinics is they make sure I have the resources and/or proper information to help me obtain it using other avenues. They then, always follow up a few days later to make sure whatever needs I had were met even though they themselves had to decline my original request. Matter of factum waiting to hear back from Mr John Johnson to cmb right now. He is the Supervisor of my case worker that Iis no longer there and has helped me more than once this week. P.S. the two ladies that greet you on the other side of the glass windows are the coolest and should be treated as such. If you think I have any people go in there that are having a bad day and take it out on them you would be surprised on how many bad days they can have in one shift. Peace"

"I'm SMI so it's a Fantastic place to go & recieve thee help I need being my meds, housing or other Resources & Programs all around if you choose to work with Your team, Home Inc., Groups, Meds involved inside thee Buildings along side one another! Great crew from Housing Specialists, Case Worker, D.E.S, & Social Security Services a Great team of Employees there very Helpful establishment, Helpful & there for Me- what so ever my situations With interesting & Plenty Exciting out comes that have somehow worked out for my Best interests!"
