"Pleasant experience. Every staff was professional and courteous, from front desk check-in to attendant . The Doctor and PA communicated well and listened patiently to my health history. After a thorough consultation and recommendations for treatment, I feel comfortable with our plan of care. Thank you."

"First appointment since referral from long time urologist who has recently moved out of state. I found staff and especially the doctor to be very attentive as I discussed my medical history. I feel very comfortable moving forward into diagnostic testing and treatments if required."

"Horrible practice. Dr ordered a procedure for my husband and said a scheduler will call. It has now been over a month with zero contact. After 10 days I called and found out the orders were never submitted. I called the office and calls go to an off-shore “patient care” center. I have called 5 times and they literally lie to get you off the phone. “Oh, so sorry you haven’t been called, someone will call by end of tomorrow.” They don’t know this! I have been told this 5 times. I asked to escalate this case after the fourth call and was assure “the Doctor will see this.” Still no one called after a full week. At this point the orders were submitted twice and I was finally connected to a person in the office. Another apology but “I can’t schedule this, I’ll have the scheduler call you.” This is bordering on neglect and I will need to change doctors and start all over again while my husband continue to deal with an uncomfortable medical condition. Update, finally, after over 5 weeks of me calling them and no call back, I was connected to a scheduling supervisor and the procedure was scheduled. Then 2 weeks before surgery, they said the hospital was overbooked and we had to move it up a week. About the doctor and office experience: medical staff and doctors are competent and knowledgeable but the administration really puts a black mark on their service."

"Good luck trying to pay your bill. Three separate occasions I have tried to call to pay my bill and had disconnect after over 20 minutes because I needed to get back to work. The bill says they will just run my card on file in 21 days but guess what I don't want to use that card. Also after my procedure the doctor called in meds but would never respond to the pharmacy when they had questions so they never got filled. The doctor also said I needed a follow up appointment but when I tried to make one before leaving they said someone would call me to schedule. Weeks later no call but then I get a message that I have an appointment coming up? Seems to be a pattern as they never called to inform me they canceled my first appointment because the doctor was out, luckily I logged into the patient portal before driving all the way down there and saw it was canceled"

"Within the last 30 days I've had 2 scheduled appointments and both times when I arrive I am told the provider is not available....never received a call to reschedule or any communication from the office. As a person still working I had to take PTO time for both of these appointments. After the second time this happened I decided to make a complaint (which I never do)....I was given the name of the office manager but when I call her VM indicated she out of the office for 2 weeks. I called back and asked that someone from the office call so I can discuss and reschedule my appointment....was told someone would contact me within an hour. 3 days later and no contact from the office. I am happy with my provider but the office staff and leadership appears to be very disorganized and not interested in patient satisfaction. I would suggest finding a different provider."
