"Unfortunately, other than the receptionist, I found the rest of the staff including the doctor very unprofessional. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed the ultrasound lady that a patient had arrived and asked if the room was ready. The response was no. Knowing that I was going to trust these people with possible surgery, I was attentive to their practice and I guess this was received as if I had a problem. The receptionist showed me to the room after she readied the room herself. I then sat down and the first consultation lady came in asked questions and took pictures of my legs. She seemed nice and I thought all was well. The ultrasound lady then came in squirts me with gel and began poking at my legs as she performed the ultrasound. She didn’t even warn me that the gel was going to be cold. She made a mess all over my legs and left me to clean the mess. Before I finish cleaning myself, the doctors stormed in without knocking and begins explaining everything to me. I was not paying attention because I was still cleaning the mess the ultrasound lady made. He saw that I am displeased with the service so far. He then began yelling and telling me that things were not good since I first came in. He asks in a condescending and rude tone if there was anything he could do to make things better. I then tell him my problem and he continues to yell and told me that what they did to me they do to all the other patients. That they make a mess all over their legs and leave their clothes wet and walk out without even an apology. Not once did he apologize. He made it sound as if all that had happened was my problem. The doctor eventually calmed down and began explaining things to me in a normal tone. I then very politely told him that I cannot trust him with my legs because of the service I had received so far. I will never go back to that clinic! If you want to be treated with respect do not go see this doctor. He is condescending and rude! And by the way, I was asked four times about my insurance. It seems to me as though they are just in business for the money not because of how they can help people."

"Dr. Nima has been amazing to work with. He takes all the time necessary and answers all you questions and concerns. I never felt like I was just another patient, he treated me as an individual. His staff was accommodating, friendly and very helpful! Highly recommend!"
