"Cheryl has an empathetic & honest approach to her counseling/life coaching. Growing up in a house with both parents being narcissist and in my adult life having 3 of my 4 siblings become narcissist as we went into adulthood, leaves you feeling crazy, constantly second guessing yourself, alone & with little to NO self esteem. Going no contact with my father and 3 siblings was one of the most painful experiences of my life.
