Banner Urgent Care

"The nurse practitioner who saw me was excellent. However, the office never followed up with my lab culture results. I was told I'd get results in 2-3 days. I called after 6 days and they acted annoyed me with me, telling me that they'd call me when results came in. They never called with lab results."

"Everyone: I visited this facility and my experience was outstanding. My appointment was at 9:30 a.m. and I was seen on time. I was out of there by 10:10 a.m. Everyone was kind, caring and thoughtful. I asked all my questions, and they were answered thoroughly. I am certainly returning if need be. Also, the lobby is large and welcoming."

"We had a poor experience here. My daughter has strep and it was missed. They discarded her throat swab sample instead of culturing it. I did not feel like we received adequate care and wish we had gone somewhere else. I took my daughter to a different urgent care 1 day later and they took a proper sample, diagnosed strep on rapid test, and treated appropriately. I do not recommend banner urgent care."

"I went in due to a knee injury and my knee was swollen. I have pre-existing conditions that make any injury be taken seriously and I’m over the age of 60. Emma, the nurse practitioner, was incredibly rude, and yelled at me when I answered my phone while waiting on her. I have a sick daughter at home and needed to answer the call in case it was her. Emma did not treat me or my husband nicely, nor did not take my concerns for my injury seriously. When she exam me, she did not use hand sanitizer or even wore gloves…I can understand she might have been stressed but her lack of professionalism was uncalled for. The website on this location also said they had x-ray available, and that’s not the case. I will not be returning here, nor any Banner Health facility due to this experience. Horrible.."

"They deserve 0 STARS from me. I am a US Army Veteran who just came up here because I have a brown recluse spider bite that needs immediate attention and this lady REFUSED service to me. There was 1 other patient in the waiting room and they were close to closing but I made it in time and it's the only closest urgent Care near me. They refused to see me claiming they were too busy and they can stop seeing patients if they want to by 7pm. She said she wasn't refusing me but she refused me. I don't know, is this America still? I thought that we were supposed to help people that needed immediate help? I'm very upset by this..it is unbelievable. Banner health, to me, will never get my respect back... Ever. I will never say another good thing about them. And I have my stepmother who is a nurse for banner for 30 years my sister was a nurse there for 15 years and she left because they are a garbage organization. Banner is out of line. I will do my best to make sure this refusal of emergency medical assistance is known as accounted for. After thinking sincerely about it, Banner Health has never done one thing to help me EVER. Banner is a bad, neglectful, disrespectful, discriminatory network of judgemental and self-righteous unprofessionals."
