The staff at the procedure center are all very sweet and make you feel relaxed. Especially for patients with anxiety. The entire staff is very kind, polite, and fast. "Dr. Grove is a probably a 5 star doc but I regrettably had to switch clinics because I simply. could. not. get a hold of anyone. Phone calls not returned, email via the website not acknowledged...even asked my PCP's staff, (HonorHealth), to try to get me connected. Nothing. Tried going in person one Friday afternoon and the office was dark. Perhaps they are in the middle of marked staffing issues. Upshot: compassionate, competent docs...if you can get a hold of them."
