In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we require masks for individuals who are sick to protect others from getting infected. Our offices are conveniently located at two addresses in Phoenix: 3201 W Peoria Avenue and 5040 N 15th Avenue, with operating hours to accommodate your schedule.
We also offer influenza vaccines, allergy testing, and immunotherapy. To schedule an appointment for allergy testing, please call 623-245-0505. "If I could give no stars, I definitely would. My daughter had an appointment on Friday, March 9, 2024 at 2pm. We were very early so when I went up to the window the staff member told they were on lunch and someone would be with me soon. At approximately 2:17 pm no one even acknowledged me and my daughter sitting in the waiting room. Monday, I called about her prescriptions and was advised to use Walgreens due to insurance so that is where I asked for them to be sent to. I called yesterday because they were at CVS. The girl told me she was by herself and would transfer as quickly as possible. I called today and they haven’t been transferred. Meanwhile, my daughter is still sick and it’s been 7 days. This was her first visit. I will be changing her pediatrician."
