"Abrazo is risking home care and treatment for policy. I was told care givers (I am not a visitor) would be allowed at appointments and this is not the case. We need to meet in the middle between panic and carelessness. The human factor needs to be considered. Common sense goes a long way. The fact that my Mom came in contact with eight different people during her appointment and they were worried about me being there says a lot. My beef is not with any of the care providers, but rather the administration that initiated this policy without thought."
