"UPDATE: We were offered the opportunity to bring our daughter again in an attempt to remedy our negative first experience. We ended up going to the Gilbert location and had a night and day experience! I would recommend the Gilbert location. I changed my review stars because of the willingness to make things right but I still wouldn't recommend the Central location. We had a horrible experience with tons of miscommunication with scheduling. When we finally had our eval done and then went to her first apt where the OT asked me all the same questions again, said nothing about her goals or how we were going to reach them and said my daughters diagnosis through her OT and therapist weren’t valid unless we went to a special pediatrician. She implied it wasn’t SPD at all and that I was raising a “high maintenance child”. Save yourself several hundred dollars and go elsewhere."
"My little one has been going here for years Miss Lauren is absolutely the best!! However, we took a break from therapy so our little one didn’t get overwhelmed but apparently if you do that they won’t take him back since he’s over the age of 8!!! no one told us this, we were not aware of this “rule”our sons needs have not changed and he’s only 10!"
"My sons teacher Lena is the absolute best. My sons been going for about 6 months started there saying 1-2 words to now being able to interact with me and having a wide range of vocabulary! I’m so happy with the guidance and teachings this program has had for my 3 year old son. Would highly recommend this place for speech therapy!"
"My son has been receiving speech and OT services for a few years now and I am overly thankful for the therapists, Lauryn & Tracie! They deserve more the 5 stars! Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the front office staff, i try to avoid having to speak to them unless it’s absolutely necessary but the encounters I’ve had have unfortunately not been pleasant. I got a call to cancel session which I understand but because it was hard to hear this individual I asked to confirm if my son won’t not be receiving services for the next 2 weeks due to the holiday, she responded in a tone that seemed annoyed! Working in the medical field myself I feel that the front office has such an important role because they’re the face of a business and unfortunately more training is needed for the front office staff. Such a disappointment to have amazing therapists but others there who make the experience bad."
