"I am a patient of Dignity Health where I go for general womens wellness checks and prenatal care. Overall, I am very happy with this practice and would highly recommend it for others looking for this type of care! I enjoy working with my primary provider Dr Sarah Sharer and her medical assistant Lisa. They are always friendly, informative, and throughly answer all of my questions. I can tell that they try hard to get to know their patients on a personal level. Pregnancy can be a scary time, but I always felt that I was in good hands. I was particularly surprised at how supportive they were in helping me achieve my goals for an unmedicated birth and in working through difficulties with breastfeeding. The administrative side is also very organized. The check-in process for this office is smooth, the dignity portal is easy to use and has lots of useful information, and the front desk staff are always very welcoming. The front desk staff go the extra mile to assist with any questions I have about my care when I call between visits. I never feel rushed by any of the staff on calls or visits which is rare for such a busy office! I didn't personally experience any of the issues that others have said regarding a system change. Thank you to Dignity for being a great place to go for Womens Health care!"

"This office is very unprofessional and incompetent, we took our daughter for appointment and needed to get on the road and they couldn't get prescriptions sent over to pharmacy correctly causing us to be late on getting on the road and hitting a snow storm. Horrible experience."

"I can relate to the other reviews where my records were misplaced, but they had changed to a new system and quickly figured out what happened. I give this place 5 stars because the staff are phenomenal. I always feel welcome and truly cared for when I walk in. I’ve seen Dr. Stovak several times and CNM Currie and they are competent, kind, and compassionate. The nurses and assistants are the same. I’ve never felt rushed or like my questions are a burden and I really appreciate how patient they have been. Everyone seems to get along really well and the morale in their workplace just feels extremely positive. Its such a warm and welcoming environment. I don’t live nearby but I will continue using this clinic."

"I came for a routine visit. The girl at the front desk was rude and unfriendly. My chart documents were misplaced and she couldn't be bothered to understand why that was a concern to me. So I filled out the same documents again. It wasn't a great start to the appointment, but Amy Williamson is a great doctor and very friendly. When I was leaving, I asked the front desk rep to validate my parking ticket and again she was clearly annoyed that someone was asking her to do her job. It would be nice if the patient service was consistent from check in to check out."

"This organization is completely incompetent. My wife began pre-natal appointments here, and she needed to get a prescription for progesterone to help prolong the pregnancy. However, the doctor did not provide us help after multiple requests. After 6 weeks of no response about the prescription, we decided to switch doctors. We needed to get her records transferred to the new place, so we faxed them the proper documents. However, after no response for a week, we called back and discovered they had not done anything with the request. It has been 3 weeks since trying to get them transferred, and the new doctor still has not received them, even though we were promised multiple times that they were sent. Stay away from this place, there is awful communication both with patients and inside the organization."
