"We've lived at canyon pointe for over 10 years and we've seen management come and go. There was a pest problem for a while but things got resolved and I haven't seen any bugs for a long time. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly. Rent is really reasonable. It does go up from time to time, but that's life."
"I’ve been here for about a year and a half and there’s been 4 managers, I’m not impressed. Don’t let the pictures on the website fool you. I thought I was getting nice hard wood flooring but got dirty carpet when I moved I , every apartment in the building got new countertops except mine. I guess you get what you pay for. Cops are always there"
"I have lived at Canyon Pointe apartments for 3 years and I’m proud to be a part of this community. Jolee and her team do an amazing job maintaining a safe, clean, and friendly environment for our family’s and pets to live in. Since I have lived here she has implemented new systems and policies such as community watch, law enforcement patrol, zero tolerance for crime, vehicle parking permits, designated smoking areas, a new playground for the kids, and monthly community events to name a few, Jolee has created a neighborly environment among us, teaching us to look out for one another, and accountability of the cleanliness and upkeep of our living space. I love it here!"
"Canyon Pointe apartments has been good to me. They have responsive and attentive maintenance. Management has been great in the past 3 years. Really digging in to change and update every apartment to be of good quality. Last but not least, bringing the community of residents together with events and fellowship has made living here much better for me and my children."
"I have lived at Oasis for almost 2 years recently they put in new flooring which I have been very impressed with. The house is now easy to keep dust free and always clean looking. A few times I have been to the office on Different occasions, with matters pertaining to park upkeep or problems with children. They have always been very responsive and the managers have responded to request or issues promptly I have enjoyed my living here at the property."
