"Their Staff and workers understand each other! If there's emergency happened to their patients , they're charge nurses with Doctor's Was alert to help and to solve the patients problems! They are helping each other and have peaceful, with kind hearted! They take good care patients with Loving care! like they're Family member!! That's my unforgettable experienced when I was there!!! 1 year and 7 months ago."

"While everyone may have their own experience being a patient or an employee here, mine was not great. I did learn so much but the lack of communication within my own department, being talked down as if if was child when I put so much effort and did a lot to support our department is heart breaking. Don't work here if you're pregnant!! Told my boss I was pregnant and it opened up new work related issues in her can of worms. I had the opportunity to become friends with CNAs and they shared that yes residents couldn't always receive the best quality of care due to staffing issues or lazy staff. I could go on, but I'll keep it at this. Btw half of these reviews are left by current managers acting like they're a loved one of a resident ."

"I remain unimpressed by this facility. They don’t have consistent communication with families but they say they do. They advised my brother in law was going to have a “sitter” so he didn’t pull out his trach that never happened when he pulled it out again we were told “oh we’re going to put him in mitts” went there the same day spoke with the social worker which is how we found out he never had a sitter, she said he’d be in mitts and lo and behold there were no mitts on his hands. If you’re somewhat mobile and can communicate I’m sure this facility would be fine. If, however your loved one is unable to communicate, partially paralyzed and confined to a bed, for the love of all that is good find another facility."
