"This place seems to care more about the money than your pets care! Sadly, I hate to say I just do not recommend this place as I had a horrible experience today with one of the vets. I don’t feel like my time was valued. I felt pressured as this place pushed a $1500 vet bill when it actually ended up not even being needed, thankfully! Overall, I felt like the staff was extremely rude, and the vet was all over the place. I also didnt feel valued as a pet owner trying to care for his animal. I’ll be going somewhere else."

"Walked in with an emergency, bite. Our dog's face was very swollen. Front office did a great job on getting us worked into a very hectic schedule. Vet Tech immediately monitored the situation while waiting for Dr to become available. Clinic made quick work of a bad situation. Would highly recommend Desert Hills Animal Clinic and will continue to use them."
"I took my baby here and was very happy. Not only did they have great reviews, but prices and staff were very thorough. The Dr followed up personally behind every procedure and EVERYTHING done. Even when I called to have the incision check, a staff member called me within 15 mins to tell me it was OK, and the Dr called the next morning following that up. I was so pleased and thankful. They are serious business there. They take care of your babies and seem to really stay professional and straight to the point. It was $385 to get my baby spayed and chipped. If your baby is over 20 , the price is a little different but very affordable. Thank you, Desert Hills Animal Clinic!!"
"Yesterday I had to put my beautiful baby Bailey to sleep. We called Desert Hills Animal Clinic where we have been taking her to for the past 8 years (she was only 8). They said their next appointment was in a week or we could just come in and wait for who knows how long for something to open up. We couldn't do that to ourselves or our dog. They had no compassion or sympathy for us whatsoever. My husband called another vet in Cave Creek. They said they could fit us in right away. They had never seen us before, yet they were so caring and compassionate as I cried my eyes out. It was not easy making the decision to end our dog's life.,, I will never again go back to Desert Hills Animal Clinic. If it would let me give zero stars, I would"
