"It truly pains me to write this review and give this practice such a low rating. I have had nothing but positive interactions with Dr. Ripple, his MA, and the rest of the medical staff. However, their office management is simply horrendous. I spent an hour and a half on hold waiting to schedule a simple follow-up appointment to remove my cast and ask a few insurance related questions, as I am in the process of switching providers. When I FINALLY managed to get through to someone, I was told an MA would call me the following day to schedule an appointment and give me information on what insurance they accepted. The day came and went with no call, so I called again. I asked why I hadn't received a call, and the woman told me that she was working for an answering service, and could not help me with anything related to the critic. Apparently, they are in the middle of a merger, and won't be calling ANY of their patients back until next Monday. I asked if I could speak to an office manager at the practice, and she said that NOBODY was available, and the best she could do was pass on a message. Again, the doctors and medical staff have been wonderful, so it is a shame that the office itself is so poorly run. I am, quite literally, bankrupting myself to receive this treatment. As a result, I think it's perfectly reasonable to expect a modicum of professionalism and commitment to customer service from Phoenix Orthopaedic Consultants. Apparently, that bare minimum is not something they are willing to deliver to clients like me."

"Dr. Gendy was AMAZING! His bedside manner is genuine and he truly cares. I had my surgery in 2017 and recently just had the hardware removed. So happy I found him to perform my bunion surgery! From day one I have been in the best care with Dr. Gendy and his staff! Highly recommend this doctor! Thumbs up best there is!"

"I went for a consultation for hand issues on a Thursday. Dr. Tipirneni came into the examination room and asked me what my concerns were with my hands, I explained that I type for work, ride off-road motorcycles and was concerned with carpel tunnel, trigger finger, and I have a family history of arthritis. He immediately said he would give me cortisone shots which should help, keep in mind he never touched my hands and we discussed my concerns for 30 seconds? I immediately said I appreciate the offer for the cortisone and was sure it would offer temporary relief but was looking for at least a clarification of what was the actual problem with my hands? Dr. Tipirneni then recommended that I get carpel tunnel testing and that his assistant would set it up for immediately. His assistant came in and gave me her card and said the provider who handles the testing for the Dr. would contact me no later than mid-week the following week. Fast forward two weeks, three weeks, at that point I assumed this was not going to happen. In the mean time I received a bill for my portion of my 1-2 minute office visit with Dr. Tipirneni so I called and spoke with Andria who apologized and said she would personally get with the nurse or PA for the Dr. and have them contact me no later than the following Monday. Well fast forward another 2 weeks and no call back from Andria or the PA so I called Andria again who stated she was sorry that she didn't get back with me but has the information for the carpel tunnel testing provider if I wanted it. I explained at this point I will discuss with my primary provider on another option but stated I would not be paying them the balance owed as no service was provided for which I was told if I didn't pay it, they would send me to collections. DO NOT USE DR. TIPIRNENI FOR YOUR MEDICAL NEEDS!"

"Caught out-of-state with serious leg problems. Thought it was a hip problem but later diagnosed trouble with previous spinal fusion area. Sought help from several surgeons but was turned down every time as nobody wanted to touch previous surgery. I found Dr. Linesman on the net and gave it a try. Within twenty four hours, I had an appointment and was seen there in Phoenix. I was unable to stand straight, sleep lying down with my leg throbbing. Dr. Landsman examined me and said " we'll fix you up, don't worry." After several tests done locally, surgery was scheduled almost immediately there at Honor Health. Surgery found numerous unforeseen issues; however he addressed each with skill and experience. I woke several hours later, a pain free man. I had a few tough days with Dr. Landsman's medical assistants checking on me but within a week, I was walking two and three miles, pain free and standing straight upright. I hadn't slept for literally months and now sleep eight hours peacefully. I cannot say enough about Dr. Landsman and his Medical Assistant, Leona Larson. They were compassionate and precisely what I needed. I don't believe you can find a better surgeon in the Phoenix area or elsewhere. It's been only three weeks since surgery and I feel twenty again. Thanks Phoenix Orthopedic Consultants. George Contois Washington, Vermont"

"I can't begin to describe how inefficient this office is! I went online to my insurance company to find a doctor to do surgery on my foot and was directed here. I made my appointment and everything went well, I had confidence in what the Dr told me and I scheduled my surgery. Mind you it was VERY difficult to schedule this and plan to be off work for several weeks.. I was scheduled for surgery 11/3/16, had scheduled this appointment many weeks prior and was called on 10/31/16 and informed my surgery was to be cancelled and there was nothing I could do about it. Apparently the doctor is not on my insurance plan. After several phone calls to my insurance company and the Dr office staff, I find out why he is not covered and OK I get it, but was then told that I could pay for the Dr fee out of pocket. I agreed to this and then was told I had to wait at least 2 more weeks for this surgery now. Well I could not be off work then. So bottom line is they could have called me in the several weeks leading up to my appointment and we could have taken care of this instead I find out 3 days before my surgery?!?! Fortunately I found a new better Dr, and I am more than please with the way I am being treated there."
