"This guy had me declared mentally incompetent, non restorable when he never even sat down with me! I obtained the report and called the number on the letterhead and got my exhusband’s current wife’s extension. Amazingly Erin Cohen left her position as Arizona Assistant Attorney General over mental health and prisons with amazing expediency be in a position to oversee my DUI entrapment as Maricopa County Mental Health Attorney. She is now back at the Attorney Generals office once again in the same position. What is disturbing is how a 20 year Medspa owner with impeccable credit, and who is a summa cum laude graduate, can be RICOd into a false diagnosis to deny a jury trial. I was denied a sit down with a lawyer or a phone call. I knew that her husband was famous gangster Mickey Cohen’s great nephew, but had no idea the monster I had married. I did witness on his computer before computers had color a long list of names with a lot of money and I distinctly remember the name Rockefeller toward the top of that list. I had forgotten about that until recently as I was even called into Greg Lyons office and interrogated about it as Mitch was of counsel then to Phillips & Lyon. Mitch spoke of racketeering and how everyone is doing it but I honestly didn’t even know what it was. I literally put what I saw out of my mind as it clearly was not my business. I actually had forgotten about it until recently. I was in my early 20s then and had just left the Mormon church. Never would I have ever dreamed what a nightmare my life was to become. My divorce lawyer, a certified specialist, told me that my divorce from Mitch Cohen involved RICO. Again, I really did not know what it was. Eventually from years of continual harassment, I filed a RICO complaint with the help of a lawyer and I copied the US DOJ. On January 6, 2010, the day Wells Fargo claimed that my father cancelled automatic payments from our joint bank account for his mortgage, the US DOJ returned my complaint and it just so happens this was the very day that my father would have died, a pool of his blood in the kitchen if his Tucson home had a masonic square and compass drawn into it with a null sign to the right. Yes, I allege that Erin Cohen’s husband, my exhusband contributed to my father’s untimely death as a part of a drugrunning criminal cabal. I just recently made the John McCain connection to Jewish Organized crime and his father was n law’s relation to Kemper Marley and drug money laundering through real estate fraud. Erin clearly knows all about it as she called me and threatened me while we were divorcing to “back off” as I was connecting Mitch to various real estate properties then and there were three Nevada corporations started upon each fabricated charge against me, all of which a I was acquitted except for a DUI. Numerous falsified police reports connect to a former lobbyist who recruited me during my divorce who could call John McCain any time if day. This man should lose his license. I am not mentally incompetent. I just met the wrong guy. Have I been through hell? Absolutely. Have I been diagnosed with PTSD because of him? Yes. Let’s not forget what Mitch arranged to have happen to me in Michigan and his use of hypnosis headphones in me while we were married. He is a vicious psychopath and idolized his pen stabbing great uncle, he even bit his own orthodontist. No wonder Erin Cohen aged so poorly. You’d think they’d just move on by now and leave me the hell alone. I guess they are afraid I might bring action one day. After all, I did better in our divorce without an attorney. I used the law library to garnish $52k from his accounts for non payment of orders and obtained a $23k boat for which he only got $25 credit towards a judgment. I had Sheriff Joe removing artwork from the walls of his law practice. But Dr. Geen declared me mentally incompetent, nonrestorable, therefore, unable to help a lawyer help me. Ok. If there was an option for zero stars I’d put zero stars."
