"the new director Kandis is very unprofessional she makes up false accusations to different staff to stir up unnecessary drama. She has favoritism towards certain staff she will make up lie and say things you didn’t say. She hires staff from her previous jobs and she gives them special privileges. Before I quit in January , Kandis hired a lady named Regina this lady has started a lot of chaos the drama and gossip got worse. Regina and Kandis worked together be careful around those ladies theyre compulsive liars and Jennifer from HR is no help when you file complaints and she tells Kandis who filed the complaints there’s no privacy. Kandis allows certain staff to disrespect staff that place is worse than middle school drama. All they caring good case managers quit because of the drama the managers there only care about billing they document false home visits and don’t leave the office and get gas mileage for it but Kandis will let her favorites get away with anything"
