"Dr. Madrid is absolutely amazing. Most physicians write scripts and boot you out the door. I am amazed at the fact she remembers so much about my personal life and it’s not like she’s just reading notes from her computer. Obviously from a clinical standpoint she has to utilize that resource but I’ve been to so many psychiatrists and they just seem like pill mills. Dr. Madrid is a mix between a psychiatrist, psychologist and a therapist. She listens intently and really cares about you! I’m absolutely amazed how much she remembers and the appointment isn’t just about you she gathers as much information for example recent incidents with family, or your employment and is willing to discuss anything you feel comfortable with. Yes she is a Dr. so yes she has to view everything from clinical sense to help her patients but she Is also able to turn that off and connect within you as a human being. Just Trust me when I say she the best Dr. I have been a patient of, she knows my entire family’s history and the best part is no matter how horrible your situation may seem she will not judge you one bit. I was 100% honest from the start and we game planned as a team. Not just her ordering me around due to her being a doctor she included me in her care plan and made sure i was comfortable from the very beginning. She is truly a god send and the patient physician relationship would coexist and operate more efficiently if there were more Doctors like her. Thank you Dr. Madrid and team for everything!!!"

I’ve been her patient for the last year and during our appointments she has taken the time to truly get to know me as a person. "Attempted to book an appointment, regardless of them accepting my insurance or not. I just needed to book something, someone to speak too about how difficult postpartum has been. People call you for help and you completely disregard them just because you don't accept my insurance. If you would have listened to what I had to say instead of quickly speaking over me in a rudely manner over a miscommunication over the phone. If you were so bothered by the fact that you didn't hear me when I was telling you what insurance I had, that is not my problem. At least I didn't waste my time and money seeing you, ill continue my search elsewhere. Don't bother."

"I have been in Therapy since I was...gosh so long I can't recall a time when I was not in counseling, or on medication later in life. I do HOWEVER know that if you're looking for THE VERY BEST.....look no farther!!! I was with Terros and Southwest behavioral at different times and both were worthless. All I was EVER TOLD by them was EVen THOUGH I HAVE AN ANXIETY DISORDER AND PTSD. We just can't give you XYZ BECAUSE YOU WERE AN ADDICT. ?? EVEN IF IT WORKS??? WHAT?? "I'm JUST drug seeking" I WAS TOLD THIS REPEATEDLY FOR YEARS. FINALLY I HAD..HAD ENOUGH SO I FOUND..... By the grace of God... TAILORED 2 YOU PSYCHIATRY, and Margarita Madrid....RATHER THAN GIVING UP ON MYSELF, AND MY LIFE, I knew I just needed a provider who truly CARES FOR THE PEOPLE THAT THEY TREAT WELL, PRAISE GOD ......
