"I would like to say that my first impression was okay because they treat me well at the beginning but I got really disappointed because On Saturday 14th , I went To crossover because I wasn't feeling okay and also get the results for my Blood test.(There where several Test they send previously with no follow-up.)Instead of that, They wasted my time asking me A lot of questions and not taking seriously since I got high risk health. I ended up going to The ER ."

"I received my flu shot from this clinic at a pop-up event through my employer. All of the staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. I got my vaccine without any wait, so it was a huge advantage over using a store pharmacy. Glad to have this resource available through Amazon!"

"I think the people that are complaining about this place dont know how to be patients. They probably are uneducated or angry they aren’t getting meds they want. Coming from extensive background in healthcare myself i have been astounded by the service crossover healthcare provides me. They are very cordial and empathetic to my needs and care. I never go in having to pay a cent for my visits. I think those complain about the copay should recheck their insurance plans. copays are established by the insurance you are with and the services rendered by the facility also play a role into which copay premiums you pay. But, i have utilized the various services at Maryvale Crossover. The staff, nurses, and medical providers are amazing. The chiropractic services are great also. Hands down one of the best establishments i have been too. Dr. shipman is amazing. My PMHNP is amazing and lifesaving. If werent for the mental health services they provide i would be in a box 6ft under. Thank you crossover health. Let the haters hate."

"Place is run by unprofessional medical personnel. And is a total scam! Amazon insurance has a co pay of 10 dollars every were else and zero copay after deductible. But this AMAZON only doctor demands 40 dollars for every visit regardless of insurance. So even though it's amazon funded it's more than 3 times as expensive as going to an actual credible doctor. One of their specialists refused to keep seeing me. Gave me an email 2 hours before appointment refusing any further treatment with no explanation. When i brought up that it was unprofessional to the nurse i ended up getting an email an hour later saying the entire office was refusing me service for insulting the dr by calling her unprofessional. They stripped all my medication refills leaving me without my life saving medicine for weeks till i could get a new primary. This place only cares about your money, they provide no help and if you ask for any real medicine or procedure they will kick you out. If you value your self worth as a person and your healthcare NEVER come to this place!"
