Circle the City - Parsons Family Health Center

"So I found out today that the medical center near me is a circle of life. Now it explains why there constantly open drug use in the parking lot. The bum fires and camps have calmed down as of lately, It not every night. But every weekend it’s still a place to party and do drugs. We had to call to cops a few time over fighting on the parking lot. There still yelling every night. Not to mention the lady who camps there. Has two dogs that bark at all hours of the night. You can tell the dogs are under distress. As they are cold and ignored as she smokes fentanyl and passes out for hours on end."

"So I'm updating my review 8/23. Man from the time I walk in the door the amazing service starts. I'm now with Dr Le. She was one of my doctor's at Circle the City. I was at the downtown respite for a wound change 2 time a day. I was homeless so they took me in. I love everyone there. I got off the streets to my own place that I signed the lease for the third time. Circle the City got me of the drugs as well. The MAT service they offer is amazing. If you do the right thing that is. I have been on 16 mg a day to 4 mg a day and in 2 months I'm done. If you do the right thing and want to truly quit they will never judge you and only want the best for you.. Thank you for your patience and understanding that you have for me"

"What can I say about this Clinic?? I love it! I've been coming here for years and the staff is very friendly and very accommodating! If you have any questions they will gladly help you. They are very thorough...they never rush your visit and I believe they genuinely care! Super clean office, super professional; everyone that works here. They have on-site security that make sure that everything stays safe I feel very secure here thank you circle of the city to all of you you have been a big part of my life and I appreciate everything you've done for me!"

"I went there to renew my EBT. There was really no wait time. The lady was very nice and friendly and fast. I was in and out in less than a half hour. My card got loaded the next morning."

"WORST CLINIC EVER!!!!!! This location rarely answers the phone, Ive been to two visits for my pressure medication and it still has not been filled and when I called to inquire about why the doctor still hasn't done it they said she has patients, but isn’t your patient who came in 3 weeks before them priority? I have also been given prescriptions that have not worked on a uti when in fact to find out later it wasn’t a uti like they said it was a yeast infection, taking UNNECESSARY MEDICATIONS which in fact can effect your immune system negatively, WRONG REFERRALS and WRONG MEDICATIONS. I have lost 100% faith in their capability of GOOD health care. I would recommend The AZ Womens Maternity Clinic. You do bot need a referral, they are accurate in their diagnosis and in their suggestions of prescriptions and wont misdiagnose you or give you medication you won’t need so you don’t walk around untreated when you think you are.They are playing a dangerous game over here at this clinic. I WILL NEVER COME HERE EVER AGAIN. This is my 3rd serious incident with them."
