"I started on oct 5th and already lost 7.2 lbs. (I wish it was more, but at least I'm not gaining anything and I'm walking 30 minutes twice a week). My boss told me that I shouldn't look at the scale bc muscle will make the scale lie. He recommended me to use a measuring tape and go by how my clothes feel on me. Maybe I'm doing something wrong...been the same weight since Wednesday and now it's Saturday. I wish the pamphlet had recipes, instead of saying you can have this, this, and this but only in this amount. It seems like I lost more just eating a large salad twice a day. Maybe I should go back to doing that lol. I'm only on my 2nd shot. Maybe I can turn this around. I wanna lose 8 more lbs by Halloween to reach my "fake" goal of 15 lbs. My TRUE goal is at least 40 lbs by New Years. Healthy body, healthy soul. I failed to mention that these people are awesome!! They talk the time to explain things to you if you have questions. Too many times I would tell them when I would arrive and it would be closed. I actually waited for over an hr and they never showed up. I ended up going somewhere else, and got down to 172 lbs. (I did gain some back bc I was stressed, but I'm back at it again for 2 weeks. This time I want to go down to 145 lbs.) The photo on the right is when I started here in Oct 2020 at 217.5 lbs. I took off for 1 month in February then went back in March at 194.2 lbs. I started the new place the same day I had my b12 shot. I had much better results. I'm was taking lipo denx shot and appetite suppressant. I lost over 18 lbs in 3 weeks. The pic on the left is my after photo weighing 174 lbs. I lost a little over 40 lbs in 8 months between the 2 places. Paid way less and got better results. I was paying almost $300 a month for 4 shots of b12. Where I now pay $189 for 7 lipo denx shots and $39 for 2 weeks of pills. Sorry I left, but you shouldn't of raised your voice at me for eating something YOU told me to try and gaining 2 oz. Oh well..."
