"Even though their records don’t go that far back, I have been coming here since 2006. The fact that I never received any notification about them not accepting my insurance and finding out in THEE WORST way possible sealed the deal of knowing this isn’t the place I would want to continue to come too. Yes I checked my email like they stated and NOTHING! Trying to get ahold of someone is truly the most inconvenient process. 20+ minute hold times is just unnecessary. Customer service is pretty awful as well. As if they didn’t sign up for the job they have. Honestly. Doctors offices are a dime a dozen. Save your time. Find somewhere else with more compassion."

"You must have some form of health insurance for an appointment; Government, Christian, Private, whatever just something. Great office! We go to both locations for our visits! Great staff! Don't let the phone system bring you down, their care, professionalism, friendliness, office efficiency makes up for it tenfold! I wish my husband's insurance would allow him to see Good Year's Family Medicine... Well, maybe we will even though his insurance will not cover it. We may just do out-of-pocket because I believe that the care Dr. Gregory Chrostowski gives my parents is worth the out-of-pocket expense. You have to remember this is a very busy office and they treat everyone equally no one is better no one is worse and it shows they are fair, they give everyone the care they need, they will give referrals and even they are very good and close to home. I do want to note, distance is really not an issue when seeing a good doctor and it is definitely worth the long trip if we ever lived further away. To give you an example: we drove to California for another opinion when my mom got cancer. To keep it brief she no longer has cancer without going through radiation, chemotherapy, removal. It literally disappeared on its own. She continues to take her letrozole and sees her oncologist in Chandler but that's a different review."

"Changing primary Doctors to Renee Ostin is one of the best decisions I've made. As mentioned be patient and expect appointment to run about 2 hours. It's well worth it when you find a Doctor that wants to help and not just want your money."
