"Staff is very friendly. I didn't have to wait very long before being called back and the Dr. came to my room within 10 minutes. But the cost to be seen is expensive if you don't have insurance. The free WiFi is nice to have while you wait."

"I just called to make a new patient appointment. The first person I gave my information to hung up on me as soon as I told her I didn’t have insurance and would be self pay. At first I thought it was a mistake but when I called back and told the new person the same thing, I was transferred to a lady who had an immediate attitude. She told me in order for a self paying person to be seen, I would have to have 6 months of medical records sent to their office and the doctor will look over them and decide if I was worth being seen by their office! I haven’t even needed to see a doctor within the last 2 years because I’m usually pretty healthy! So where am I supposed to get 6 months of medical records from? Just ridiculous! We usually have a PPO, but when I didn’t have insurance, I was never treated poorly by a Dr’s office because of it! I would not recommend this office at all!"

"Dr Smith and his staff were outstanding! From the personnel in the office to his nurse. From the time I stepped into his office everything went smoothly. I felt like they really wanted to help me with my pain. Dr Smith and his nurse listened to me and gave options and answered all my concerns. When I left I knew I was finally going to get help with my pain. I'm so glad I chose this office."

"I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. The provider I saw was named Megan or Stephanie she is literally the rudest provider I’ve ever seen in any practice. I don’t understand why she had zero empathy and no solutions. I just moved back to Az from Texas she immediately said she can prescribe me medication with anxiety medication I take. She didn’t even take the time to find out my history. Her bedside manner should get her fired. I understand there’s a process that needs to be followed for compliance with prescribing medication but I kid you not she spoke to me for less than 5 minutes. Do yourself a favor do not waste your time."

"I always give good reviews to Great doctors. I’ve reviews before as you can see I have a rotor cup issue on my shoulder.I don’t want surgery so I decided to do the shot for Pain and I have to admit I had my first one in February and I’m just now needing another one the shots last long work great I can move and lift my arm without pain I’ve also had pain injections in my back which helps me to move better without the pain. the doctors are wonderful very good environment clean caring staff Thanks A Z pain DocsAnd my wonderful Dr. ( Dr. Dallas Smith"
