"Let me start off by saying Dr Hannaford’s staff is great. They spent more time than they needed with me and listened to my questions and concerns, were very friendly and seemed to have great experience. Dr Hannaford on the other hand, met me for maybe 3 minutes, didn’t talk to me about my pregnancy at all (was 28 weeks already at the time, transferred to her office from out of state). She didn’t seem interested in having a new patient, and she never once followed up with me after my 3 minute appointment. I reached out multiple times through her patient portal (email) and never once heard back from her. Besides the fact that I couldn’t get a hold of her after my initial 3 minute appointment, she also only planned to see me once every month in my last trimester (which is concerning in itself - blamed on COVID in AZ) - I have since found a new office and doctor that will be seeing me every 2 weeks (as recommended by any reputable health organization for a high risk pregnancy ((3rd trimester)). The new doctor has also listened to my questions, concerns, and developed a high risk pregnancy plan moving forward. My experience with Dr Hannaford was unfortunately less than satisfactory, so much so, I felt a need to write a review."
