"My mother visited yesterday with Carolina Lopez and was very upset upon arriving home. My mother stated that this provider gave several contraindicating information regarding her health including information regarding her liver and the need to stop certain medications then prescribing the continuation of those medications. The provider was assigned to my mother specifically because she spoke Spanish which according to my mother would have been better off if an interpreter was used. During the visit my mother never used her English yet Carolina Lopez had the audacity to state “asi como tu hablas en inges, to hablo en espanol”. Which translates to “the way you sound in English is the way I sound in Spanish”. Which my mother took offense to as she felt it was said out of nowhere and an effort to get a translator should have been taken."

"UPDATE: STOP TRYING TO MAKE ME REMOVE MY REVIEW, THE 2 OFFICES ARE CONNECTED IT DOES NOT MATTER WHICH SIDE HE IS ON! Review: Dont waste your time, the front desk ladies are all different staff from the great ones back in 2020, the new desk ladies act like they dont want to serve you, they will make you stand in line and eyeball you till you say “uhm excuse me? can you help me now?” even if youre in front of them they will not acknowledge you and will continue talking on their cells/eachother or eating food….they just blow off your questions about seeing a doctor if you dont have the insurance they accept??! Been seeing DrGregory K. for 20+ with different generations of my family, it’s unfortunate that they do not accept Mercycare Plan anymore and will have to find another GP somewhere else…."
