"After voicing a concern after my visit to front office staff, I got called back and got verbally abused from the PA. There is signs all over the office on abuse, which I did not use any time of tone or animosity towards staff. Just pure concern, and I should not have been talked to in the manner I was. It was not right. You never know what someone else is going through. And you never know how much your comments can affect someone’s life. I used my last $350 for the visit, because I was having breathing problems and I’m very very very hurt from this visit. Bedside manner should be a real concern…. Maybe some additional training should be required. PA are not doctors, and shouldn’t be practicing if they aren’t there for the wellbeing of their patients. Sincerely, someone who is nursing staff!"

"We had a great experience. One of our kids broke their arm. We were able to call in ahead to get in line and fill out the paperwork electronically before arriving. They texted us updates on when to check in and the whole process was very organized. The medical professionals were very helpful and we would recommend going back to this location."
