Family Doctors Office Walk-In Center

"I do not recommend this office, at all. The front office staff is not friendly, it seems as though they are frustrated by simple questions. I had an appointment on a Friday and after two phone calls to this office to see what the deal was, I was still waiting for my prescriptions to be sent to my pharmacy on a Monday. This office is a joke and this is completely unacceptable."

"I just moved to this area and searching for a family doctor I stopped in 'Family Doctors' and introduced myself as looking for a family doctor (There are three of us), I was told right away that the earliest appointment could be scheduled for a month from now (30 days) I tried to explain that I needed prescriptions re-filled but the young lady cut me off and talked right over me and said "LIKE I SAID THE EARLIEST APPOINTMENT IS NOVEMBER 11 " She said this in a manner that I can only label as rude and insulting. I am continuing my search for a Family Physician."

"- - - - - * { This is a minus 5 star rating. This was with out a doubt the worst experience I have ever had with a Dr's office. I called to make my first appointment with this "Dr's" office LOL. They scheduled my appointment out for over a month. The day I arrived to my appointment I seen the door says walk in center????? Why the hell did they make my appointment so far out if I could have just walked in? Then I get there early and fill out pages of paperwork because I am a new patient. One of the pages said they do not treat chronic pain and will not issue pain meds??? I didn't need any just thought that was kind of weird. So anyways I finished my paperwork and was there waiting at 11:00 am the time of my appointment. I didn't get to see "Dr.James Corrigan" till 11:45 am. The Dr. was in and out in under 5 minutes, no exaggerating. Before he came into the room I heard him through the door telling one of his receptionist that he didn't have time to talk to I guess another patient that wanted to talk to him. I felt extremely rushed and was cut off on half the questions I had. I felt I didn't get anywhere and was in the same position I was in before I came in. This place is clearly all about the money and rushing people in and out as fast as they can. "So beware" I would rather go to a veterinarian before going to this place again. Run now before it's to late. Don't say you weren't warned"

"Dr Tran is no longer with practice they fail to inform you of this until u walk in the door. Poor customer service by everyone in the entire office. They say they can take walk ins but fail to be able to smoothly and efficiently work them in the schedule. Do not come here not worth the convenience of being close to your home!"

"Always behind schedule to let the walk ins first and know if you have an appt than you will wait. It's at least an hr after your appointment before even going back."
