"I recently decided to switch to Dr. Tran after my Dr. Left the office where she was. The Baseline Family clinic is about two minutes from my house so I figured it was very convenient. I made an appointment because I wasn’t feeling well. I requested the next morning off at work so that I could go to the appointment. I got to the appointment about 20 minutes late. When I checked in I makes I was 25 minutes late because I know at any doctor’s office they don’t call you up right away. I sat down and the nurse called me shortly after. She actually told me the longest they wait is 15 minutes and now I would have to reschedule. I seriously do not have time to reschedule or take more time off work. The office was not full and I can honestly say no one told me about the 15 minute policy. I was surprised and upset and I let the receptionist know I would be changing my doctor. She was told me that was fine and I left. I did change my doctor and have an appointment later today. I would not recommend this office unless you have no job and you are free to reschedule your appointments at any time. If you are not feeling well or sick forget about it they don’t care."
