"I can’t express enough gratitude for this clinic! EVERYONE is very supportive and welcoming! All encourage and celebrate the small successes which makes you want to work harder. My injury has not been a small defeat and there is absolutely no way I would be where I am at today without this team. I was granted 11 extension days by my insurance and provided ATI the auth number not once not twice but 7 times now!! My insurance casemamager has called 4 times and notified them of the authorization. I have been on the phone weekly with them because they are still stating I owe 1,100.00. I am literally at my wits end! I am supposed to start therapy again but my fear is the billing part is horrible to work with. No one seems to know anything. They say they will put a note in but every week I have to give the same story and then I’ve been told owe this will be taken care of then I get more bills. I see other complaints with the billing at ATI from patients. Beware of the billing The therapist are amazing unfortunately it not the same in billing/auth department which is just as important as the therapy!!"
