"My Dr sent a referral & last November and I've been trying to get in touch with this place since. I finally got an appointment & now I get a call saying they don't treat my condition but won't contact my Dr to tell them which Dr I need to be seen by. I pleaded with them but the girl said they don't contact other doctors. Really how do they get patients? They did me a favor by not seeing me & waisting my time and money bc I know they would still charge me for the visit. What happened to doctors helping their patients?"

"If i could rate no stars i would. This place does not care about their patients. Was seen and needed the doctor to put in a new order for a procedure he wanted me to have done at TMC. Left sooooo many messages for Dr.Killions assitant to ask him to put in the order. No one has ever called me back. Not even sure if it was done or not. TMC said they’d call me once the order was put in and last i checked with them it wasnt. Before this I Had another issue for over a month. Dr. Killion himself seems very nice and like he wanted to help, so I wanted to give this place another chance, however the communication from the office staff is terrible. They will say they will call you back, “will let you know” and they will not. Must’ve left over 5 messages and heard nothing back. Gave up and decided maybe i’ll just schedule an appointment with the doctor himself so we can start over because i was just going in circles with office staff. Was told again “they’ll call you back to schedule.” Of course it’s been weeks since and no one has called. Still can’t get through to speak to someone at the office about this. Been in pain for months with no help, no answers from this office. Don’t waste your time here."

"I sent my client who is unable to communicate with AMR transportation to see his Urologist because he has been experiencing some concerning medical problems. I also sent a detailed written report discussing his current medical history/concerns and included my phone number for teleconference with the provider if needed. Upon my client's arrival he was immediately turned away and his appointment canceled by the office staff stating there was no one present to communicate for him. No idea if they did this from the physician's instructions or made this decision their own. When he was brought back home he had instructions to reschedule the appointment so care staff can teleconference.... When I called the office to report the issue I was told I would be given a call back to discuss the problem, however I never did receive a call back. My client had a very poor experience with a poor outcome."

"Dr Dunshee is amazing! The office staff? Can't communicate at all! They make schedule changes to your appointment, and NEVER call to tell you. Then they give you a blank stare and act like it's your fault when you show up on the wrong day. I've heard several other patients have this same experience. Serious communication issues!"
