"I can’t give zero stars… the front desk staff was very rude from my first encounter. Attempting to book the appointment was a headache as the individuals were rude and didn’t want to be bothered. Then the day of my appointment the lady sucked her teeth at my questions, displayed a disgusting attitude towards me, and then when I was eventually brought back the medical assistant was worse! The doctor was a bit dismissive which was disheartening but eventually he got nicer, ordered imaging and sent me on my way. Oh but it gets worse! They deal with SimonMed and between the two of them they lack follow through and I was booked for MRI and two X-rays only for that to be canceled because whomever never received prior authorization for the MRI. I called and was on hold for well over 45 minutes while I waited for them to tell me what was next… they never came back to the phone. Well the office manager stated that she would personally call my SimonMed reps supervisor to get my MRI straightened out and call me back… obviously she lied and I have yet to hear from her or SimonMed reps about my MRI. I attempted to explain this to the appointment clerk who just called me and she transferred me to someone who transferred me to someone else and still no MRI. I would suggest seeking care elsewhere. Their professionalism is lacking, their care is nonexistent. I’ve been in healthcare administration for 21 years and this is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a company as a whole. If you aren’t in the business of caring for patients… change careers."

"Amazing! From the moment you walk in you are greeted with friendly hello's and just the nicest office staff I've ever seen. Making appointments are easy, re-scheduling-easy, canceling-easy. Just the nicest people. I see Dr. Waller (Chiropractor), PA-C Jason (trigger shots) and Robert (PT, he keeps you on your toes making sure your doing to exercises correctly!). I have had a pain in my back for years. With their guidance, I can lie on my back pain free. I can swing a golf club pan free. Every step of the way they are explaining what they are treating, how they are treating and what "I" need to do to help myself. I'd argue there's not a better staff from top to bottom in all of the valley. If you need pain assistance, PT or a chiropractor EPMC is the place to go, bar none! Thank you everyone for taking care of myself and my wife!"
