"3 months ago, on January 11, I entered Abrazo hospital emergency room with very intense pain in my abdomen, it seemed as if I was having a baby, at that moment I had a lot of bleeding, they had to give me morphine to calm the pain, and after some many tests The doctor who has been call to help me ask me some many questions, after knowing what was happening to me, she did not want to perform any procedure surgery on me, she said she would not do it, without knowing what was happening, all test and she still not want to do it?. unfortunately I received a bill of 47,000 dollars without surgery and without a long-term solution, fortunately my insurance covered most of my bill. The hospital recommended Dr. Raj Rathee to me. I went to his office the following Monday and the Doctor did some tests on me, he determined through those studies that he did, that it was better to do a total hyperesecyomia, he answered all my questions so I could know that this was the best decision, the Miss Eliana helped me with the approval of my insurance, very good teamwork. I am very happy because Dr. Raj did an excellent job on my total robotic hysterectomy, the first day after my surgery, I had excellent care at Banner Estrella Hospital, after the surgery and the medication I did not feel pain at all, or bleeding, my recovery after my operation has been very satisfactory, I have not needed pain medication after I comeback home and just follow the doctor’s instructions. today I am almost 3 weeks after my surgery, and It is worth, mentioning that before this surgery my stomach was super inflamed, now I can say that, more than 50% of my inflammation disappeared, my hot flashes are actually less intense, I almost don’t have them anymore, and I feel very happy for having taken this decision, I thanks the doctor and his team, I highly recommend Doctor Raj Rathee. thank you Doctor."

"Absolutely poor service, will never come back to this place. Inexperienced girls at the desk, due to THEIR line and inability to time management themselves during lunch, are fighting with us to reschedule for the second time, claiming because we are late the doctor cannot see us. Never again. Now in the midwives side, desk girl literally said, "be early to your appointment or youre late, even if we have a line". So show up early to accommodate their poor time management skills or lack thereof."

"Dr Murray does not give personalized care and she does not care about her patients. I brought up concerns about my periods or hormones and possibly PCOS. Dr Murray dismissed this immediately within only a few minutes of meeting me saying since my periods are regular and I’m not overweight then I don’t have PCOS. She didn’t test my blood or hormones even after I brought it up that I felt I may have an imbalance. She brought up having a Pap smear. And for a young woman who’s never had a Pap smear or sex before, I told her I wasn’t expecting to have one today and was not interested in it. She told me there was a less invasive way to still do the exam and minimized it until I agreed. However I felt deceived and violated because it was VERY invasive and NOT what she described to me. I shouldn’t have been naive. But now I know better. I left the visit crying hysterically and feeling vulnerable. No one there showed any care to me. You’re just a patient. Not a person. I wasn’t going to follow up on the issue but the office kept emailing and texting asking for feedback. I gave them a detailed experience of what happened. No one contacted me. Yet now, they’re calling me every week to schedule a check up. I can’t speak for the other doctors here. But I had a horrible experience."

"Typical American medical clinic. I've been going there a couple three years now. Over worked and underpaid. Never answers the phone. Can't even get it to ring half the time because it says they're closed when their hours say open. Says they'll call you back, if you are lucky enough to get someone, but expect to call every week for at least four weeks before you get an answer to your question. Then get told they can't actually do the thing they said they could and you waited months for. Cancel appointments multiple times before you get seen. Nothing you can do about it because all medical care everywhere is like this. Dr. Walter is nice though."

"Saw Nicole Gonzales for my implant exchange and I should have just walked out. Very obvious she is not very comfortable and skilled doing this type of procedure. After I was placed in the room I noticed the set up and it looked different then how previous doctors have done it. I noticed the instrument she was going to use was rusted, when I pointed it out to her she tried to say that it was still "sterile" as the instrument still goes through the sterilizer. As a nurse who works in surgery I understand fully how sterilization works and if your instruments are rusted like in the picture below you are not supposed to us them on patients. Though she was reluctant, she eventually did grab a new instrument to be used as I was persistent. Now two weeks later the incision site where my implant was exchanged re-opened. I called the clinic to hopefully either get a same day appointment or be allowed to walk-in due to my urgent circumstance. The receptionist was very rude on the phone and stated I could "walk-in but that doesn't mean any one will see me" and the best she could do was forward the information I shared to a nurse and that a nurse would get back to me once they viewed the message. When I asked for a general time frame...as again my incision site is OPEN and therefore a bit of an urgent matter....I was answered with the nurse will get back to me when she gets back to me and then the phone was hung up. Overall very unprofessional place with inadequate clinical skill. Moral of the story really do your research on your providers, do not come to this place, and most importantly do not ever let any medical professional try to tell you that a rusted piece of equipment is ok to use."
