"Front counter did not handle paperwork well. After waiting for a long time to get my cards back, I returned to the window to find the clerk on a private call discussing her next “break time”; then quickly ended the call and went back to doing my paperwork. Once I got in the back, i refused to weight since there was an “unknown substance” on the scale. When the PA came it I was very pleased with my treatment! He was 5 stars and the rest was 1 star!!!"
"I brought my son in with pink eye (as a walk in on a Friday morning) and even with one provider, they efficiently got the job done! From the time we walked in, we were greeted and treated with care. Thank you to the entire team at this location, especially the exceptional woman that did our patient intake at the front desk (I apologize for not remembering your name, but your kind gesture of giving my son multiple stickers, made his entire day- literally !)"
"I was having severe back pain that is to a bulging disc , I called and was able to speak To a provider , she provided recommendations . I did come in the next day and they were able to accommodate relatively quick even though they were booked out . I was treated by Jennifer who was very compassionate and ordered the shot I needed for some relief . I’ve been at the locations a few times and have always had good experiences."
