After waiting for a long time to get my cards back, I returned to the window to find the clerk on a private call discussing her next “break time”; then quickly ended the call and went back to doing my paperwork. Once I got in the back, i refused to weight since there was an “unknown substance” on the scale. When the PA came it I was very pleased with my treatment! He was 5 stars and the rest was 1 star!!!"
